We accept the complaints 15 days after receiving the invoice. Tell us about the complaint by e-mail.
Ordered goods can not be returned if:
- these are goods that were manufactured according to the instructions of the consumer or were adapted to his personal needs
- if more than 15 days have passed since the receipt of the goods
- if we find that the goods were damaged due to incorrect or negligent conduct of the buyer
- if no original invoice is attached
- if the original packaging is removed from the goods
- if the original labels are removed from the goods
- if the goods have been used
